  • What, if any, supplements and vitamins one should take

  • Which carbs are slow burning and when to consume
  • How many meals and what times not to eat
  • The dangers of fast/processed foods
In order to answer these often asked questions it is important to have:

A one on one meeting with one of our certified Nutritional Counselors and discuss what kinds and how much food to eat. With an emphasis on practicality and balance we can help just about anyone eat healthier and have goal orientated food selection.

Ongoing support- Your trainer will periodically give advice and tips on eating better and check in with your daily habits.





Tight-n-Tone in 30 Semi Private Personal Training

Got 30 min to burn up to 500 calories!  Well, then you're going to love our Tight-n-Toned in 30; a semi private personal training experience guide by our Elite Trainers in a circuit set up.   You will be taken through 8 tone and strengthening exercises for 30 sec blended with a 30 sec cardio in between each station.  With a combination of arms, core, legs and lungs, this short yet effective class will cover every inch of your body and activate every muscle fiber in order to Maximize your Metabolism and Fat Burn! Running Club

This free running group meets every Tuesday at 6:30pm.  We leave from the studio and the runs are anywhere from 3-5 miles. Excellent way to meet people, get in shape and/or train for an upcoming race. 
Runs are led by trainers.  Ask Coach Kendrick about specific training for upcoming races.

Mini Seminar Series:

Informational 6 week long Evening Seminars. Topics will include Nutrition, Happiness, Time Management, Motivation and more.  These seminars will be limited to 20 attendees and will include refreshments.  Seminars will include guest speakers from the local community.

Pilates:

Pilates Work on balancing the body through the Pilates Reformer. Originally designed as a rehab device, this versatile piece of equipment can work the entire body with an emphasis on alignment, mind-body connection, core and flexibility. Used with people who have joint pain and range of motion issues it can help restore the body to optimal working order. The Pilates Reformer is often used by ballerinas and professional dancers.

$90-100 per hour, $65-80 per 45min, $50-60 per 30min
