Amanda Latona; BS, ISSA

Amanda Latona received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on nutrition and wellness. She is also a nationally Certified Personal Trainer by the International Sports and Science Association. After graduating from California State University East Bay, she has been an advocate of learning and teaching various aspects of health and wellness. Her clientele consist of individuals with various body types. She has established fitness programs based on the clients' capabilities and potential.

Battling from childhood obesity until her early teens, her excessive cardio workouts over trained her mentally and physically. After being approached by various personal trainers who educated her on safe methods of creating a healthy fitness lifestyle, she became interested in learning how to lose excess fat and keep it off for lifelong health. Amanda then started to read fitness and nutrition guides, which lead her into a more effective and beneficial weight loss program. In addition to advancing her studies in Kinesiology, she continues to look for new and innovative ways to better the body and to acquire more knowledge on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
